Keith Beck is Vice President and General Manager of our Jacobs Technology NASA Test and Evaluation Contract (NTEC) Group at NASA White Sands Test Facility (WSTF) near Las Cruces, NM. WSTF provides rocket propulsion and materials and component testing for the Space Shuttle, International Space Station, and commercial and military systems. Keith began his career in 1979 supporting rocket testing activities at the U.S. Air Force’s Arnold Engineering Development Center (AEDC). From 2003 to 2006, Keith served as Branch Manager, Investment Projects Management, for Aerospace Testing Alliance (ATA) – the joint venture support contractor at AEDC – for which Jacobs Technology is managing partner. In this role, Keith was responsible for facility and infrastructure planning to support test operations at AEDC, which included management of a $100M annual budget. From 1996 to 2003, Keith served as Test & Facility Support Department Chief Engineer/Deputy Director and Investments Program Section Manager. Keith earned a BS in Mechanics Engineering from Christian Brothers University in 1978 and an MS in Engineering Management from the University of Tennessee.
