SpaceVision Trips

Pima Air and Space Museum and Titan Missile Museum

In this combined trip we will visit two locations. First, stop is the Pima Air & Space Museum/ "The Boneyard," home to over 4,400 out-of-service aircraft from the US Government. Next stop is the Titan Missile Museum, a preserved underground Titan II Missile Silo from the Cold War era. This trip will occur on Thursday, November 12th, with a departure time around 9 am, so please plan your travels accordingly.

Kitt Peak National Observatory

Kitt Peak National Observatory, located about 50 miles from Tucson, is home to over twenty different optical/ radio telescopes. A tour of the telescopes will be given with a possible "behind-the-scenes" look into the operations of one of the larger optical telescopes. This trip will occur on Thursday, November 12th, with a departure time around 10 am, so please plan your travels accordingly.
