COVID-19 Policy

SEDS-USA Board, Staff, and SEDS Rice are excited to welcome everyone back to SpaceVision at Space Center Houston from November 4th-6th, 2021. The SpaceVision 2021: Moonshots team continues to work closely with the Space Center Houston team and advisors to develop our COVID-19 Policy and Guidelines. As the COVID-19 pandemic evolves and changes, we encourage all participants to get vaccinated where possible and appreciate your understanding and flexibility.

One of the following MUST be provided for all in-person participants, sponsors, and speakers:

          – Proof of vaccination must be provided before check-in at Space-Center Houston

          – Proof of a negative COVID test must be provided within 72 hours of check-in (e.g. if you check in at 5:00 PM on Thursday November 4th,                                               your COVID test must be completed no earlier than Monday November 1st)

In accordance with Space Center Houston policy and CDC recommendations, masks will be required for all indoor events regardless of vaccine status. Masks            may be briefly removed while eating or drinking.

For those unable to meet the above requirements or do not feel comfortable attending an in-person SpaceVision, virtual options are available for SpaceVision on a donation-cost basis. All panels and keynotes excluding the Off the Record panel will be livestreamed.
