Research Symposium
The SpaceVision Research Symposium lets you showcase your chapter’s (or your own) research to the SEDS community. It’s a great way to highlight SEDS accomplishments and get a deeper understanding of cutting-edge research.
Two other reasons to sign up:
- Going to a conference to present your research is a great way to get your school to help fund the conference trip.
- Top three projects will get $$$.

Art Competition
Congratulations to our SpaceVision 23 art competition winner, Samantha Bechtel from the Portland State Aerospace Society Chapter.

Business Pitch
How it works:
- Team sign-up will be available a few days before SpaceVision.
- The prompt will be released after the opening keynote on Nov. 9th.
- Your team creates a business idea to answer the prompt.
- Teaming up with other chapters is allowed.
What you need to prepare:
- Based on your business idea, create an oral/slide presentation proposing the startup to the judges.
- Your team must be able to answer what needs your idea meets, who will be the main customers, challenges, general funding, etc.
- You will be allotted 5 minutes to present, and 3 minutes for questions.
- Presentations will take place on the second day of the conference.
