Sarah Knights is the Director of the New Shepard Astronaut Office at Blue Origin.
She has trained every astronaut crew that has flown on New Shepard which is currently 10% of all astronauts and 20% of all women that have ever flown to space in history. She trained the first all-women flight, the oldest and youngest people to fly to space, and five individuals who were the first from their nation to fly to space.
She holds Bachelor’s degrees in physics and astronomy from the University of Hawaii, Hilo, and has dedicated her career to making complex technical subjects accessible and comprehensible to diverse audiences.
