Kelly Cabler is Deputy Program Manager at Starlab Space, a commercial space station designed to succeed the International Space Station. She leads cross-functional teams as the program moves from design into manufacturing and systems integration, where the questions shift from what to build to how to build, test, and integrate it. Her 12-year career spans supply chain and procurement for utility infrastructure at Burns & McDonnell, ISS repair projects at Boeing, and Program Director for EVA and spacesuit operations at Collins Aerospace. She holds an MBA with a supply chain specialization from San Diego State University, a BS from the University of Houston, and a PMP certification.
